Smoothies are super easy to whip up in the morning for a quick to-go breakfast. The best part? They’re nutritious and a great way to consume your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. Today I’m sharing 4 must-try smoothie recipes. (Each recipe is a serving for one.) If you prefer a colder frozen smoothie, feel free to add ice to the recipes and for some extra protein, try adding a scoop of protein powder.
The secret to making the perfect smoothie is all in the blender. I love the simplicity of our Cuisinart Retro Blender. No excessive buttons on this blender; just one switch (with two speeds) that does the trick! It has a powerful motor (750-watt) and very sharpstainless blades that easily crush ice and turn any fruits and veggies into juices or smoothies. Check out some of my other favourite blenders here.
