To be honest I never use to care much about my hair. It wasn’t until recently when I was introduced to Mon Platin. This company is a complete game changer! Healthy Diet Equals Healthy Hair
Essential nutrients are important for the health of your scalp. Try to include iron-rich foods, like leafy vegetables, fish, pumpkin seeds, beans, chickpeas and soybeans in your diet. Also protein helps to strengthen your hair, so try to add complete proteins in your diet like cheese, milk, soy, lentils, peas, quinoa and yogurt.
Don’t Wash Your Hair Too Much
Over-washing can be damaging for your hair, especially if it’s bleached, coloured, or is naturally very dry or porous. When you do wash it, apply some conditioner or serum on the ends. I like to use the Mon Platin Black Caviar Hair Serum which helps to rehabilitate and preserve the structure.
Protect Your Hair From Heat
Hair can be damaged by both UV and heated tools, so try to limit your use. If you do use them, it’s so important to give your hair as much protection as possible. I’ve been using this Black Caviar Thermo Builder from Mon Platin. The formula has a double-action strength, which builds + coats my hair at the same time. I love it!
Gently Comb Wet Hair
Use extreme care because wet hair is fragile and prone to breakage. Take a broad toothed comb and run it from the roots to the ends of your hair as gently as possible.
Trim Your Hair Often
Trim every few weeks to get rid of those rough split ends. Cut about 1/4th an inch of your hair every 6 to 8 weeks to avoid the split ends to grow out again.
