A holiday tradition of mine is heading up north to the cottage and spending time with family. My favourite activity is hanging out by the bonfire roasting marshmallows and enjoying a variety of holiday drinks. Since the cottage won’t be happening this year, I wanted to bring the bonfire experience to my own home. I created this S’mores inspired cocktail that combines all my favourite flavours in one delicious drink! It’s super easy to whip up and perfect for a cozy night in.

Hosting a virtual costume fashion show would be a fun way to still dress up and be able to show off your costume to all your friends and family. My favourite way to celebrate at home is to make a Halloween beverage and do a classic Halloween movie marathon!
I was ecstatic to see that my DIY candy costume made it in The Oprah Magazine this year! So unreal!!! Since then I’ve been getting lots of messages on how I made this costume. Unfortunately, at the time I didn’t take many photos during the DIY process, but I hope this blog post can give you some guidance and tips to make your very own. Tacos are my absolute favourite and since Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner, I want to share the best homemade taco seasoning recipe. I love how easy tacos are to whip up during the weekday; slice up some veggies, cook the minced meat and add the seasoning and you’re done dinner in less than 20 minutes. I recommend always making the seasoning because you know exactly what’s going into it. The store bought taco packages contain a lot of unnecessary additives, way too much salt and could even contain MSG. No Thanks!
