This weekend I made peanut butter and jam muffins and by using one special ingredient, it took these muffins to the next level! That ingredient I’m talking about is Bonne Maman Jam. This jam is not like any other jam. It contains a high level of real fruit content which gives a rich flavour from the natural fruit sugars. It also has no colourings, no preservatives and no artificial flavourings. And I must add, the packaging is super cute! I will for sure be re-using these facetted jars in a future DIY project. OK, back to the muffins! This recipe is really easy and you’ll be able to make a batch in about 30mins. Let me warn you though; you won’t be able to eat just one!
EASY NO BAKE PROTEIN BALLS
I’m not much of a baker, so when I say this recipe is “easy”, it’s no joke! It will take around 10 mins of your time, with only 4 main ingredients… It doesn’t get any better, guys! Within minutes you have the best nutritional snack to take with you to work for a quick pick-me-up or for that extra little energy before you hit the gym and even for breakfast for when you’re running late out the door, (been there, done that, way too many times!)
